After receiving much advice from Andrew and Jenny, we ordered 28 Perfect Fit Venetian Blinds for our conservatory. A big order, which I could not afford to get wrong!
Cost- VERY reasonable, compared to other quotes I had received.
Ordering- EASY, online process.
Delivery- EFFICIENT. All received in 5 working days, well packaged.
Quality- EXCELLENT. A contemporary product which has transformed our conservatory.
Installation- SIMPLE, exactly as it showed on the Video. Took approximately 4 hours to fit all 28 blinds. Very pleased with the end result.

"Perfect Blinds for a Perfect Fit!"
We ordered two Perfect Fit Roller Blinds for our bathroom which came very promptly. The frames were easily assembled and while they fit our windows beautifully, the brackets were slightly too small to allow the frame to fit onto our window. After a quick online chat with Crosby Blinds, some larger brackets were sent out in record time and these solved the issue. We now have two gorgeous roller blinds within our bathroom that fit and operate excellently and we are very delighted with them. The quality of the blinds are very good and the customer service was also of high quality. I would not hesitate to recommend these blinds and we would certainly buy again!

Local company. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed blinds for an awkward size window and the lady in the shop knew instinctively how to deal with it. I am very delighted with my finished product. The fitter was extremely professional and tidy and took time to remove all the packaging with him.
I would happily use this company again and intend to shortly along with recommending their friendly knowledgable service to anyone needing a good quality blind .

"Duorol Blinds"
We bought 8 Duorol blinds for our Sun Lounge/Kitchen/Family Room in Venice Silver. We have never bought, measured or fitted any type of blinds before. We called Customer Services and were spoken through the measuring process and advised what colour fittings would match our chosen material (so much better to be able to talk to an experienced person via phone).
From ordering to delivery the order arrived 7 days later & was extremely well packaged. We fitted the blinds ourself with little effort and they look stunning! Very happy with our experience with Crosby Blinds and highly recommended.

"Absolutely Superb"
I cannot recommend this company highly enough in everyway and I'm so glad I found them via the web. They have a wonderful website with lots of products and images which is easy to use, provides detailed and accurate explainations and is a joy to order via. I am absolutely delighted with the wooden blind that I received and fitted with ease. Most importantly of all this company actually does what is says it will do and supplies the required product to the advised quality and timescales. Not only that, when you contact them by phone they are exceptionally pleasant, customer centric and actually interested in helping the customer in any way they can which seems to be a rarity these days. Having over the last year had some terrible experiences and service from companies that, based on their name, I did not and would have never have anticipated, those that do deliver and excel need to be applauded. Crosby Blinds have been terrific from start to finish and if more companies were like this the consumer world would be a much more happier place to shop. I will be using them again, have already recommended them to others via word of mouth and would also do so to anyone reading this. "Excellent Customer Service"
Excellent Company and Excellent Customer Service form Jen and Andrew.
They managed to get my blind made after Timberlux had discontinued making the length required.
They then arranged for a new blind to made and delivered within a week after the original went missing with City Link.
Highly recommend them.

"courier issue - sorted by Crosby"
I (like a similar customer) had the problem at Christmas with my blinds not being delivered due to the collapse of CityLink couriers. The day Crosby returned to work after Christmas they immediately ordered a new set to be made and they were delivered before the end of the week (including a change of delivery address due to my being on holiday) - and are brilliant! Very impressed with the Company and Andrew and Jenny, they couldn't have been more helpful...Massive thanks

"Product guarantee a joke"
While product delivery worked fine one of the blinds we purchased broke shortly after fitting. When we tried to claim on guarantee we were advised the guarantee only covered the product and we would have to pay around £60 in labour costs to have it fixed. The blind only cost around this in the first place. I've never come across a product guarantee like this and I don't think this is even in line with statutory law. I'm extremely disappointed and will not use Crosby Blinds again.

"Damaged but sorted"
My wood blind arrived damaged by City link I suspect, it looked like it had been run over!?
A new blind arrived 2 days later, followed with a nice apology phone call for the inconvenience.
Its whats done if it goes wrong that matters, so thank you for the great after service.
