WARNING- Make sure you know what you are ordering. I assumed a blind that was not for a recess would come with a cover to hide the brackets at the side.
Crosby says this is my fault as I did not request them. They have quoted me over £30 pounds (1/3 of the original price of the blind) for 3 small pieces of wood and Velcro.
To make matters worse I did specifically order wooden pulls in a matching colour to the blind but got metal.
The overall look is very industrial, not the wooden blind I thought I ordered.
I wish I had gone to a local retailer, even if it was a little more expensive-lesson learnt.
Not happy at all.

I am recently widowed and my husband did all these jobs for me so I was rather nervous about ordering blinds online but with your help I placed the order and even fitted it myself.
Delivery was quicker than I initially expected and the blinds look fantastic.

"Very poor service"
Arrived three days late, wrong blind type, wrong brackets, no screws and tilt wand on wrong side. They did manage to get right colour! 20/05/14
