This company is by far the worst I've ever dealt with. After a complete mess up with delivery which resulted in me being told they didn't know where the BBQ was. I asked for a refund, after all I'd waited in 2 full days for delivery. I didn't have the goods they didn't know where it was but we did know where my money was. After a week I hadn't received the refund and was sent an email asking the carriers to return the goods to them. When I emailed asking when I'd get my money they ignored it.
When I telephoned I was told I'd get an email when the situation was resolved & credited. All I can say is thank you paypal. The resolution team agreed to my credit. I would not trust this company. I don't think I would have got my money back if it hadn't been for paypal.

ordered a regulator for an older style BBQ was able to identify from the pictures on the website which one I required and although the one sent didn't have the same markings or nos. on it, (was it an imported one) it did the trick and the BBQ works well.
It was delivered within a few days.

I bought a BillyOh Texas Premium Smoker Barbecue from Flaming Barbecues in order to replace an aging OutBack 3 burner gas barbecue that I'd had for many years. The order process was faultless with Flaming Barbecues and the new barbecue was delivered very quickly and on time (and Free Of Charge!!). While I was unpacking it I discovered that the exterior paint on the base section of the Offset firebox was peeling away. I immediately contacted Flaming Barbecues and within no time at all a replacement firebox base unit was received. Now that's great customer service! The actual BillyOh Texas Premium Smoker Barbecue is a fantastic piece of kit, and while it takes a good two or three barbecues to learn a suitable 'offset' barbecuing technique (i.e. times, temperatures and briquette control) once sorted it returns truly excellent smokey flavours on slow cooked meats. Adjusting the cooking heat when using the direct barbecue method is easily managed thanks to the ability to raise and lower the coals within the main firebox, so now there's no reason to cremate your sausages while cooking using the 'standard' barbecue process. The only downside I can see with this barbecue are the poorly considered assembly instructions, they're not very clear at all and while I am reasonably proficient constructing things like this others may well question what size screw or nut and bolt goes where - but this is a small issue and certainly wouldn't stop me giving the BillyOh Texas Premium Offset Barbecue a big FIVE STAR rating.

The ordering experience was excellent, really helpful guy on the end of the phone sorted our delivery times for us. Delivery was as promised and the delivery driver couldn't have been more helpful, even to the extent of helping us to put seats down in our car so we could transport the package on. The BBQ was well build quality is very good forthe price we paid. Unfortunately, though, the assembly instructions were mssing from the pack. Customer Services emailed them to us, but it cost us a longish phone call & a wait. The BBQ operates really well, good heat, adjusts well. There were a couple of minor problems: the rubber plugs at each end of the hood handle kept falling out, & the hood didn't close fully, just needed a fiddly adjustment to the hinges. All in all, we're really pleased with the value of a good product, and great customers service, shame about the fairly minor problems.

"Free Delivery = time wasted at home waiting for non delivery"
I placed my order and was very pleased with the speed of delivery. Anytime between 8am and 6pm was a long time to wait in but its fast so I made arrangements so I could stay in all day. It never showed 5.50 I called to be told nothing they could do call at 8.00am. I called and was told can't do anything until 8.30am. Wendy I spoke to was nice and understood my frustration. She did leave a message saying its out for delivery today upto 6pm. The next bit I didn't like, I could leave a note for the driver to leave it in a safe place. Safe places these days are locked and I don't fancy leaving a note telling everyone I'm out or a £200 BBQ outside if it went missing it would be my issue for giving permission. I called back couldn't speak to Wendy spoke to another lady who had an open conversation with Wendy & didn't put me on hold. Then she told me to do the same. When I raised my voice she decided to speak very slowly like she was talking to an idiot. I asked her to not talk to me like and idiot she said well you stop shouting and talking like an idiot!!!!!! Fair enough it wasn't her fault but to be told the same thing again is a joke (she never said sorry you've not got it she actually just said it isn't my fault). Anyway I got to speak to her manager Emily she said she would call back with an ETA and get the driver to call me 1 hour before delivery. All I got was a text message from DX (I'd been told Night freight had the goods!!) saying its out for delivery between 8.00 and 17.00 no ETA available. I've not had a call back I am disgusted with the service from this company. I would much rather pay for delivery and ensure that I am getting what I pay for. If it doesn't arrive today I will be requesting my money back.

Their free next day delivery is a lie as is the tracking and email telling me that it the bbq was going to be delivered today 10/6. False advertising and tracking that is obviously made up to keep a customer thinking and wasting a whole day waiting for a delivery that was never coming.
Ordered a bbq Sunday evening, all went through okay, received email to confirm order and link to the tracking. Was due to be delivered on the 10/6 which I was very happy with.
Another email confirming the order had been sent to the warehouse, then today at 7.52 am that my order is being dispatched for delivery today. The order tracking link confirmed out for delivery today.
So made sure I was in all day and waited, waited and waited, got concerned at was 16.30 no delivery so I called them up and after they took a look told me that it would not be delivered today as not put on the lorry for delivery, I received emails and tracking telling me otherwise. All I got was a sorry, no real explanation why it was not delivered today, why they did not meet what they advertised.
So the emails and tracking are a lie to the customer, the advertising as free next day delivery is a lie. This next day delivery was the reason I finally chose them and been very let down, wasted. a whole day waiting in for a delivery that was never going to be delivered, no call from the courier or flaming bbq even though it was not going to be delivered.
I was apprehensive buying from this company as my gut told me there would be problems but on a whim, I went with them, and wish I hadn't.
I wish I had been sensible and looked up reviews as doing so not I have found lots and lots with exactly same problem I have experienced
