Kept informed from the start with order confirmation, despatch details and expected delivery date. Excellent service - and all at a keen price. Wish I had known they had an upcoming sale though!

"Perfect Service and Perfect Product"

Ordered a 6 burner Billyoh BBQ at 11.15pm on Sunday. BBQ arrived at 9am on Tuesday. My wife accepted the box and signed the paperwork, however when i checked the BBQ when i returned from work i discovered a dent in the cover. 1 phone call to Flaming BBQ customer service and a collection and replacement was arranged in 10 mins. 9am Thursday morning the replacement was delivered (in perfect condition) the original removed by the driver and all done with a smile on his face. Excellent service and product at a great price...what more do you want ? Any further purchases for outdoor entertainment i know where to go

An excellent product which came well packaged. The delivery was fast and efficient and having tried out the BBQ I can definitely recommend them. They are very strong and the flavors are enhanced which must be down to the design.

"From good to bad to worse!"

Began well, making purchase and payment via Amazon , item did not arrive. Checked with FB and no record of order, further checks with Amazon reveal fault in FB system not taking order via Amazon payment,(was told other customers having same issues) so cancelled order with reassurance from both FB and Amazon that no payment would be taken from my account,proceeded to reorder direct from FB with payment over telephone. Within two days my item arrived...... From FB...... It proved to be faulty......no problem....... New one sent out immediately.....we waited collection of faulty one to no avail.......then lo and behold the original order was resurrected and arrived, we refused delivery... Two days later another arrives ...we refused delivery again.at this point And after lots of emails, I checked my account and found I had now paid for two items, the second payment taken by Amazon. It took 3 weeks to get a refund and in that time had two more attempted deliveries,
eventually the faulty one was collected. If stress and time wasted was counted I would say we are out of pocket,
Right hand did not know what left hand was doing, promises made were not kept, a very unpleasant experience indeed. ....so if you decide to order from Flaming Barbecues, take heed, and pay direct to them over telephone. But beware!

"Instructions need review"

Its a great bbq when put together but the instructions should be a little more clear as to what goes where,after a few mistakes got it sorted.Look forward to using it and trying out the good idear of the ash pan
