Do not buy from Jomashop- they sent defective watch and won’t grant return of my money. Watch I ordered for my son was defective and didn’t work right out of the box. We researched and tried to wind according to manufacturer recommendations and wear it as it was supposed to be self winding and still did not work. We did not wear watch out of our house. I initiated return and was granted it and just let them know that the watch never worked because I didn’t want them to give it to someone else. Their return policy says 5-7 business days. Two weeks after return and not getting any communication from them I called and they said it was under review. I called again 2 weeks after that and when pressed that I should have had my return after 5-7 business days representative put me on hold and finally came back and said links were taken out and there were scratches so they cannot accept watch back. I don’t believe them. It was returned in same condition that we received it and never worked in the first place. Do not buy from Jomashop as they don’t care about their customers.
