"Horrible customer service"

the wait time on the phone is very long and my calles were dropped. One of my packages got lost and I didn't get any help, I just called my bank for dispute.

"Improve your return policy"

They need to improve their return policy! to pay almost $19 to return a perfume is unreasonable. especially when people blind buy when there are no samples to try first.

"I ordered a perfume from Jomashop and…"

I ordered a perfume from Jomashop and had a terrible experience from start to finish. There was an issue with the shipment, and when I reached out to UPS, they told me the matter could only be resolved by the sender—Jomashop—by contacting them directly. I immediately emailed Jomashop twice requesting they do so and called several times, but wait times were over 25 minutes. I used their automated callback system, but no one ever called me back.

The email responses I received were generic and completely unhelpful. No one addressed the specific issue or took any steps to resolve it. Because Jomashop failed to contact the shipping company in time, the package was returned to sender.

When I called customer service again and asked if they could resend the item and expedite the shipping, I was shocked when they refused. Even worse, in my final interaction with a representative, I was told I would have to pay again to have the item reshipped. When I asked why I was being held responsible when I had entered the correct address and done nothing wrong, the rep put me on hold for over 10 minutes—and then hung up on me.

Jomashop is unresponsive, unhelpful, and shows zero accountability when issues arise. I paid in full, provided the correct information, and made every effort to resolve the problem, yet I ended up without the product and no resolution. I’ll never order from them again and strongly suggest others avoid this company as well.

"Jomashop has become increasingly…"

Jomashop has become increasingly unreliable. They will sell you an item and then cancel it. They think it's ok because they've refunded your money. But really, they cancel the item, and then turn around a re-list the same item back on the website for more money. When you call to inquire about why the order was cancelled if they are still selling it. They tell you the item is out of stock. But they're still selling it!!! When they have no explanation, they hang up on you. Specifically Mara. At purchase, my item said will ship in 2-4 weeks. Which means it's not currently in stock. So I wasn't expecting it anytime soon. But they cancelled it in less than 2 weeks. And then put it back on the site. They could have just left my order alone and informed me that it would be an additional week or two before I got it.

Wait times are inaccurate. I have cancelled a previous order because it said ships in 2-4 weeks and it had been over a month and still had not shipped. I called to inquire about that as well (before cancelling) and that representative was rude as well. They have such bad attitudes.

They say that they will send you a brief survey after each call, but no survey ever comes. They don't care about the customer or want to know the customer's experience. They don't even use this to evaluate their customer service reps.

The prices are good when you can actually buy and get the item. But I'm not sure this is even worth it. There are increasingly more sites where you can buy fragrances at a discount. Lately, I've been taking my money elsewhere.

I have ordered from Jomashop a few times now and every time I have gotten exactly what I ordered without any issue. My orders are always well packaged to prevent any damage and i get exactly what is shown on their website. I will continue to use and trust Jomashop.

Over 10 years shopping at JOMASHOP with hundreds of orders , 90% I’m satisfied with the products I received . They are new with tags and authentic. However, customers service needs a lot of improvement on both phone and email supports.
