"Multiple purchases "

For some time now, I have been making purchases from Jomashop, specifically colognes, and I am extremely pleased with the purchases I've received. Shipping is always timely. I have recommended them to numerous family members, coworkers, and friends, all of whom are equally satisfied. I will undoubtedly continue to do business with them in the future.

"The prices are really good but…"

The prices are really good but sometimes they don’t send you the parfum, I just made an order at the beginning of march and I bought one gucci parfum, now on April 10th I still waiting for it, I don’t like that

"Jomashop customer service is the worst…"

Jomashop customer service is the worst I've experienced from an american company.

Out of the blue, the watch I had ordered stopped taking the time. Chrono was working but nothing else. After just a few months of owning it.

No watch, no warranty, no nothing...

"Horrible Experience — Over Two Weeks Waiting and Empty Promises"

I placed my order M407W3ES (Tissot PRX) on March 27th.
It is now over two weeks later, and I still haven’t received my watch, or even a real update.

Throughout this period, I was told multiple times by their support team (via live chat, email, and WhatsApp) that my order would ship soon — I was specifically promised shipment on April 8th.
That promise was broken.

Meanwhile, I placed two other orders with Jomashop for different items, and those shipped immediately. But my watch order remained "processing."

To make matters worse, I noticed that the same product I ordered went out of stock again, meaning others were able to buy and receive their watches while I was left waiting with no priority.
This is completely unacceptable behavior.

All I have received are robotic, repetitive responses with no accountability.
No real explanation, no real solution, and no compensation for the time and frustration caused.

I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.
I will continue to escalate this matter until Jomashop takes responsibility and resolves this properly.

Jomashop has made it easy for me to buy fragrances that I could not afford retail, I mostly end up getting testers if they are available. I have not yet been disappointed with my purchases, and the perfumes are 100% authentic. I am a buyer for life.
