I am a regular customer and well known at the Ace Of Vapez on the Willenhall Road, shop looks well presentable and clean, juice’s are well placed and visible and easy to read, devices are easy to read and well placed and fair priced, if I need help with certain devices/juice they will help me with what I need.

I come in and chat with Luke we talk and have a laugh even when the manager comes down we talk and have a laugh

Last time I will visit Ace of vapes. I bought a pixl disposable yesterday I set it up in shop and there was I light on I thought was to warn for low liquid. I showed it the guy on the counter who I regularly visit and we both agreed if I have an issue I would come back. Naturally I had a problem where the coil burnt within hours so I took it back to swap it. He had authority from his manager to swap over but once we opened the new one he realised it was a boost button so I’d been vaping on boost. Now he refused to swap over a 4 day vape that had burnt out in 4 hours as I’d had it on boost.

His reasons were his own company will make him pay for the vape out of his own pocket. As I’m a regular he got his card out and paid for it himself. I refused and told him I won’t be back to ace of vapes again. And walked out without the new one. I will not support a company that does not look after the staff and make them pay for warranty returns. To Lee at willenhall rd. I’m sorry I walked out after you made the gesture to pay for it yourself but I won’t take another man’s bread and butter.
