We have used the online ordering for many months now. To start with the free royal mail delivery was great, a few days, never any longer. Then for whatever reasons it changed and was taking upto a fortnight, maybe a little longer at times! I know its free delivery but thats not good enough! When I rang the ace of vapez to query it, they were no help and to be honest didnt really seem bothered.
We now order and pay for next day delivery which thankfully still works out cheaper than going into the shop.

I have came to this vape shop for years - the one in codsall in particular, i have always had great customer service&products however recently they have really changed.
I went and brought an Aspire Gotek refillable vape in around may. It was great until july when it stopped working - just stopped puffing. I went and spoke to Rog and took it for him to look at. I was not intending for a refund or any free products, i was hoping he could perhaps just have a look at the battery or more into it - however his attitude was disgusting and presuming i was just there for money. There was a customer behind me, during me showing Rog my vape and telling him the problem he was looking at the customer whilst talking to me, and laughing at the same time, as if he was getting the customer to agree that it was my fault my vape has broke and i was stupid. he went on to say it must have broke because i charge it on the wall..until i corrected him and said i charge it from my laptop. The next thing was that i must be smoking it dry - i also had to correct him on this., why would i smoke a vape with no juice? it just wouldn’t happen, so after that he didn’t even say sorry, he just said no it’s gone, and said “yes mate” to the next customer. i had to butt in and ask him if i can buy another vape. he then changed his tune.
Since this, it is now september and the exact same thing has happened to my new vape - it’s just stopped puffing. I am choosing to right a review instead of take the vape in because clearly i’ve got products from a dodgy batch or something but instead of admitting and apologising for the fault i am not being told it’s my fault when i’m not even doing the things he was saying.
I advise NOT to get one of these vapes. I also advise not to expect such a happy welcome when you go, just don’t bother at all.
