Fantastic service. This was my first PCP. The help i got from Sam was brill. I had lots of help getting to know my new rifle, (KRAL ARMS PUNCHER K). Iam have lots of springers, so i thought i would treat myself to a PCP. I have got 2 other rifles from them and always got good service. Keep up the good work.

I’m a bit disappointed to say that my experience with Range and Country this time wasn’t quite as good as in the past. I enquired via Facebook Messenger about a .25 rifle that was on back order and was told that if I placed the order, it would be available in a couple of working days. Based on that, I went ahead and ordered straight away.

However, a few days later, I chased up the order and was then told that the original information was incorrect, and it would actually take a few weeks. During the wait, I had to check in multiple times for updates, and unfortunately, two of my emails went unanswered. Due to my work commitments, I had to delay delivery by another two weeks as well. All in all, I placed the order on the 5th of February and received it on the 3rd of April.

I completely understand it was a special order item, but I do feel the overall communication could have been better, and if my last email was looked at I could have had my delivery a week earlier.

That said, I still strongly recommend Range and Country — they do a lot for the airgun community and are always friendly and helpful. Just make sure all the facts are correct if you're ordering something on back order.

Recently ordered and received a HW99S in .177 and silencer plus HW100 seal kit, and a BSA compressor in the past from R&C. Quick and easy delivery with all well packaged and handled in all cases, and any email correspondence has been the same. Haven't had a chance to try out the HW99S yet as working abroad now till the summer hols (but since it's a Weihrauch don't expect to be disappointed ;o) - Will definitely be using R&C again soon.
