Firstly I’d like to say a huge thanks to the team for such a great service throughout.

Customer service team reached out to me to confirm I’d provided the correct delivery address as they didn’t want my cards going missing, which to me is a first!

Slabs arrived pre-sleeved which is a really nice touch. I’m also really pleased with the grades I received and will 100% be using again!

The team at Tree Frog are honestly second to none. The service and communication from Katie was outstanding and she gave me all the information I needed before submitting.
The actual submission process was so simple and I was able to check on the progress via their easy to use website.
In no time at all my cards were graded and returned to me. The effort put in to postage and packing was excellent, and they even returned my top loaders (which was a nice touch).
The style of the grading labels is so sleek and really compliments the cards. All of the grading details and sub grades were included, and the design of the slabs themselves were very unique.
Overall Tree frog grading have been the best company I have dealt with, and will be the only ones I trust with my cards in the future.

Had a small issue as I initially sent my cards via Evri and not Royal Mail and so the PO Box did not recieve my cards. (Totally my fault)

However, after speaking to the CEO Katie, she was very conscientious, kind and understanding and offered me a refund on postage and proceeded to pay for this at her end which was lovely.

Communication was consistent all the way through the process and the grading was great, done efficiently and I can't complain.

Would 100% use again.
