Exceptional customer service honestly couldn't have done more for me, I was happy with the grades and with one of them she included a hand written report which I can only assume was because it was a new card and felt she had to give reasoning to the grade given...(i didnt pay for that) but will be using her again and recommending to everyone who needs cards graded

Having submitted 5 cards to TFG, I must say that I'm extremely pleased with my experiences so far. All 5 cards look immaculate in their slabs, and the service has been very friendly. I'm glad to have found TFG as I was previously very disillusioned with grading after having sent numerous cards off to MGC, who did not pay the same attention to detail that TFG appear to.

First time of using Treefrog since they have changed owners. Every email received was professional and courteous. The product received speaks for itself. Grades are explained with sub grades and I personally think for UK based graders treefrog is the way to go. I would recommend them and I would use them again.
