Har under 3-4 veckor försökt att få komplettera med de delar som saknades vid leverans. Har ring, mailat, chattat, skickat foto, skickat artnr, skickat video.... men ett totalt ointresse att hjälpa till.

No me ha llegado el pedido después de 4 semanas. Si me llega pronto rectificaré la opinión…
No puedo mejorar mi opinión, más bien lo contrario. Además reclamaré legalmente. De 2 Uds pedidas, sin aviso previo, solo han servido una, y lo que es peor, la facturan inventándose un impuesto de 45 euros que no existe (el PVP ya incluía el IVA) y cargando la totalidad de los gastos de envío a una sola unidad.
NO SON FIABLES. Ahora me toca buscar la unidad que me falta, reclamación para que me abonen la diferencia, y reclamación por la diferencia de precio. NO COMPENSA CONPRAR AQUÍ, MÁXIME CUANDO HAY MUCHAS OTRAS PÁGINAS QUE GENERAN SATISFACCIÓN Y TIENEN UN SERVICIO AL CLIENTE IMPECABLE.

"A bit Confused "

Instructions for folding garage are hard to follow and very small. Quite hard to put together on your own. Some screw holes needed drilling as not lined up properly, screws supplied to go through spring coil mechanism were too short to fasten as it shows in Instructions. Cover seems OK but has defects also. Customer service were polite but didn't know the diameter of frame. It's 25mm. No videos to show how to put together. If known how hard it was I would probably not have ordered. Took long time to put up on my own. Very confusing. Delivery was fast and they do try to help buy will have to see if they send another cover. Will update again on here or elsewhere online. Fingers crossed 🤞

Update. As per the reply below, dancover are nice and polite. After lot of effort I'm now happy with the folding garage. Although some may say its a bit big
