I have bought 24 units of the 5 button. I need a newer version of the 5 button that has an external replaceable battery for future. Also, when are these going start working with newer computers?

Good mailing service. Unfortunately the USB wont load open on my windows 10 PC with the bdsound software. Since i do not have acces to a windows 7 or xp PC, I can't use the products I bought :(

Received the card, however, it does not allow me to add ANY video to the card. I tried every instruction that was available on the site and even tried downloading their test video to upload to the card. Still nothing. You’d figure that if you’re a company selling a tech device that the instructions and support resources available online would be comprehensive, but they are limited, written amateurishly and overall unhelpful to those who encounter the dreaded “No files found” error. There was even an error with removing the original sample videos from the card because when I deleted them, the card’s capacity was still occupied and didn’t allow the allocated space for my video. I’m contacting support about either sending a new one, fixing the issue on this one, or getting a refund. I will likely not recommend and actively tell people to avoid this company if this issue is not resolved.

The recordable greeting card is a great product. Your technical assistance is also very prompt and helpful and shipping was also prompt.
Since the customized recording is likely to be kept by the recipient, I have one suggestion to help prevent accidental over-recording and loss of the custom recording.
Providing a 3-sided cut flap, on the back of your pre-assembled blank card, located by the record button area, would allow the person making the recording to cut the wires to the button when the recording is completed to satisfaction. Then the sender can tape it shut.
