Arrived in the mail quickly. Ordered three items. One did not work

"Unit arrived faulty"

The speaker supplied with my unit did not work. I had to replace it before I could do anything.

The software will also only work on a windows 7 or lower and at 32 bit.. this was a bit of a pain also.

We have a Yorkie at 9 lbs who can easily slip out of step-in harnesses. But this harness is perfect! No restrictions around his neck and he hasn't managed to wriggle himself out. The design that lets you attach the leash further back, not at the neck, is optimum for little dogs. Quality is excellent, fit as advertised. This will last him a very long time. Highly recommended.

Came looking very beat up, program was difficult to work with, and inside looked very poorly made. Only good thing was is that it worked.
