Slow service and incomplete refund

I ordered 5 scrub tops (3 in one size, 2 in another size) for my team. The tops I received were a different style than I expected and I began the return process through customer service rep Clarissa. I wanted to return all 5 tops. I was sent a return label and return invoice for only 2 tops. I contacted Clarissa and asked her to adjust the return to include all 5 tops. She said there is not way to do this and I just need to send in all 5, they will credit me for all of them. I was hesitant and told her so, but didn't really have another option. Of course, when I received the refund, weeks later, it was only for 2 tops. Such a run around and just overall not a great experience for me. Search elsewhere for a company to buy scrubs from.

"Time of delivery"

I placed the order for my scrubs on the 14th and 15th of this month. The delivery time was said to be between 2 to 7 days. It is now the 31st of the month and there has been no delivery yet.
