"Bought heated grips - disappointed and hard to fit."

Bought heated grips. Clutch side grip was so tight it took me about three hours of struggling to fit it. It also says don't twist it onto the handlebars in the instructions! Eventually got it on with vaseline and by winding it on with the bar end. Took about seven hours in total. There are four aluminium stickers in the box that are not mentioned in the instructions. I wouldn't buy again. Oxford grips have split plastic inserts which allows a bit of expansion to ease fitting.

Fast delivery and a good quality feeling product. Comes with a rubber cap. Maybe in the future the cap could be split to cover the plug your not using as on some of their other products. Overall very happy and won't hesitate to come back.

I switched to ultimateaddons universal case and bracket for my Yamaha tenere world raid, I was using Quad lock but they don't do a case for my phone.
The universal case is ok but the only problem I have is,I can't switch phone on because the buttons are in the same place as the hinges on the case, and for some reason soon as I put the phone in the case it starts ringing people I rang my friend 17 time's when I was out for the morning on the bike.
Been back in contact with ultimateaddons with details of the make and size of my phone and they are sending me a new rubber insert for the universal case so hopefully problem solved, fantastic service and thank you for your help.
