I wanted a stem mount for my honda blackbird 1999. I measured the hole at 12 mm . I bought your 10-13 mm mount but it did not fit would not expand enough. Contacted your customer services who said i had bought the wrong one and to send it back to supplier . Money lost on return postage . Your customer service sent me a link for your 13mm to 25mm said that was the one to buy . Got that one and it was too big contacted your customer service again who then said that you did not make one to fit on my bike and sent me a link for another supplier on amazon. Money lost again on return postage . In the end Nanette did a good job.and the one from Amazon Worked ! Its been an expensive nightmare .
