A great company to deal with. I have purchased a couple of items, which unfortunately i had issues with. Both were rapidly acknowledged and rectified courteously and professionally.

Only used them a couple of times since installation on my Suzuki GSXS-1000F by my local dealership who wired them to a switched live off the ignition. However I can say they are fantastic quality and feel quite a bit chunkier in the hand than the originals and due to the integrated controller look really neat as if they were factory installed. The last time I rode it was quite cold and I had them set on setting 4 of 5 (orange one down from the hottest) and my hands were properly toastie in my thin summer gloves, and they heat up pretty quickly too. Unable to comment on long term reliability however so far they seem to be worth worth every penny and should hopefully last many years.
