From confirming the colour ways of the baskets on the website, to helping measure up for the correct size baskets to over coming the long waiting list. We were kept informed through out on the progress of the baskets and were sent photos to ensure we were happy with them before they were dispatched. They now look wonderful under the bench in the hall.

We then happened upon Hastingwoods and found just the traditional design basket we had in mind - and at a very reasonable price. No problem in ordering and a very accurate indication of when it would be ready. Came the day and we have a lovely basket which will give us years of pleasure.

Excellent communications from beginning to end. Quality handmade product, exactly as ordered. The only reason. I didn't give 5 stars is that the creation of the basket was delayed, as was the delivery - that wasn't a problem for us but if it had been for a gift to someone, eg a wedding present, then it might have been. Would certainly recommend.
