I would have rated 0/5 if it was that option here. Seriously avoid. It is a fraud. Prices are not real. Bunch of liars responding to the calls. They first told me there is a bug in their system, then I was told flights are no longer available at that price and I agreed to go with slightly higher prices and the lady want away to call me back in 5 minutes. After few minutes, she called me and said even that price is no longer available. And when I complained and asked to at least remove those prices from website, she started to shout and hung up on me!

"This company is borderline fraud"

This company is borderline fraud. For starters this company seems to be working in association or is subsidiary of travelopedia.co.uk, and travelopedia does not have good reviews. Anyway, my story starts that via viman.co.uk I bought tickets in March which got cancelled. First of all, travel agents lied that there is no refund option and I can only take voucher, however after I contacted the airline personally I was informed by the airline that the cash refund will be made. Aaand as the story goes, travel agents did admit after a while there is option of cash refund but it will take 2 months.. After two months I did contact them and I was told that I will receive refund but they will take around £300 administration fee (yes, for doing nothing basically). Also, just a not my tickets cost around £1200.. So story continues, I was not too happy with these fees and tried to speak about it but did not get answer.. And after a while they stopped responding to my emails for good, and now its been two weeks I get no response and they basically keeping the money that they received from airline as a refund. Therefore, I advice anyone to avoid this company at all cost.

"Fraudulent Agency!"

On the 18/03/2020 I made a booking to Kigali via the travel agency mentioned. The booking was made through viman.co.uk to an airline. I was referred to the travel agent who gave me a call asking for my personal details. The booking was advertised at £993 on the website, however once paid, the travel agent told me that the ticket has been considered as emergency travel and therefore the airline increased their price so I needed to make an extra payment of £275 which I did. Once the payment had gone through, they asked me for additional proof such as a picture of my passport and my partner's passport as well as a picture of my driving license as a proof of address to confirm the booking and issue the tickets. After the issuance of our tickets, I later found out that Rwanda was going to close their border due to the corona virus outbreak from the 20/03/2020 midnight and therefore all flight will be halted. I phoned the agency to let them know of this information and asked what would happen with the tickets.This time, their tone changed. I was told by the travel agent who was responsible for my case that they did not receive that information, for what they know, no flight has been canceled therefore I had only 24h if I chose to cancel my flight and a cancellation fee of an estimate of £500 would be applied. The other option they gave me was to wait until they received this information from the airline and then they would do as the airline advised. I decided not to proceed with their suggestion to cancel before anything was made public.
I asked them to provide me with the airline contact number so I could contact them directly. A day later, I called the airline who had just received the information about flights being halted from the 20/03/2020 and have told me that due to this unforeseen circumstance, I was eligible for a full refund in cash. However, since the reservation was made through a travel agency, the refund needed to be processed from them. The airline made a note on our reservation that this information was advised to inform our travel agent. I gave a call back to the travel agency who told me that my only option was to change the dates on the tickets. I told them that it was not what the airline has advised and that they advised that I was also eligible for a full refund. The travel agent told me that this was not possible and that according to the terms and conditions of the airline, the refund they are referring to is a voucher that is available for one year. They told me that this is what the airline meant and those were my only options. I asked them to provide me with proof of this by email and they told me they would do this for me in the next 30 minutes. I called them several times throughout the day because they kept putting me on hold, hang up on me, or would give me different information and would not respond to my emails. They eventually responded to my email, once again giving me the wrong information and would refuse to acknowledge that I was eligible for a full refund. I called back the airline to inform them of the situation and they told me that it was false and confirmed with me that I was eligible for a full refund in cash and this information was also on their website for all travel agents. They made an authorisation for the travel agent to process the refund and advised me to contact the local authority if they refused to refund me properly. I called the travel agency and their manager refused to give me a refund. I am currently seeking legal actions against them. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM, THEY ARE FRAUDULENT!!
