After recently being scammed by an Asian/Indian travel agency (Travel O Travel) that no longer exists...well, to me anyway, I was about to give up on travel agencies until I landed on flight office. I was sceptical at first and untrusting, scammers made me loathe Indians but Dave was very helpful, he really did his best to make me believe they aren't all scammers.
