"Perfect service for replacement Winix filters"

First time customer. I was seeking Winix Filter T replacements, which are out of stock at several suppliers, including Winix. UK Air Purifiers had them in stock at the expected price including next day delivery by DPD. Filters were delivered on time and are perfect.

The only odd thing is that DPD advised me of a delivery from "Juicers", which obviously threw me a curved ball and I thought it was a scam. Fortunately a little Googling confirmed the relationship between UKAP and Juicers, so all good, but a funny way to identify themselves without warning.

I purchased this last week for my daughter who struggles with her breathing . I used it a couple of times and unfortunately she said it was too noisy for her . To me it seems quiet but to her it stopped her from nodding off on setting 2 and 3. Buttons a bit fiddly . Can't fault delivery . A word of warning though . Once you have purchased the product there is no returning it so please only buy if you are 100% sure.

If UKairpurifiers would offer a recycling process like printer cartridge suppliers offers, that would be a significant value add, since all of the packaging material used could be reused to send back the disgarded filter.

Rather than send it out and risk it being damaged, they let me know and I told them I was happy to wait for more stock, which they sent out quickly as soon as it arrived. They got in contact and let me know what was happening at each stage and I'm happy with the service.
