The team is very knowledgeable and patient with ignorant customers like me. Ability for existing customers to talk over phone (even if it is for a small hourly fees) would be a great feature that you should seriously think about. This will grow your business because most Self-employed biz. and CPA do not usually understand the complexities of Solo 401k plans.

They provide ongoing support throughout the year answering questions and directing you to articles that provide the information you need at the time that you need it. They also have a great knowledgebase full of usefully information. I highly recommend them!

Documents were prepared quickly, but my documents contained some inaccuracies due to the fact that the application I completed online did not include a blank for a sole proprietor to include a DBA. When I requested what I presumed to be my document developer, she did not have a customer first attitude and said she completed in accordance with my application. As previously stated, there was not a dba line in the application. I requested she update, and told me that I had to go through the support group and provided that email. So, I went through all the documents, highlighting all the areas where I thought the name change should occur, however there was about a half dozen where I wasn't sure whether it should be in my own name or that of the company. I posted comments where I was unsure and hopefully all my documents come back with proper naming in place and in compliance. Not a pleasure writing this review, and just wish there was a friendlier tone and an attitude of "let's get this fixed" rather than acting as if I should have known better.
Update, 11/2/23 - Owner got involved, shared with me that I missed the opportunity to drop in a dba, but had updated documents before the end of the day. So my mistake on that, just wish the first representative was as quick to be a problem solver than push me to someone else. It appears company management is quick to fix things!
