On the previous tenant leaving one of our rental flats, Timney at HomeHappy had the property advertised and let within 2 weeks and the new tenant moved in shortly after. This minimised income lost on this property, so we were very pleased with the efficient service provided. The great thing about Timney (vs. other letting agents) is that she actually communicates quickly when needed, solving issues effectively if and when they arise. Timney has a number of tradespeople available at short notice and this has proved very helpful when we needed a plumber and an electrician to sort out a few problems.
