"Item damaged by Royal Mail "

Pleased with the order, however, it would have been better if you'd sent the items in a box rather than just wrapped in plastic, as it appears the Royal Mail dropped the package and crushed one of the corners, causing the vape cig nearest the corner to be damaged and it didn't work.

I have read the reply from this rip off merchant. Obviously he is suggesting that I mis-used the product which is not true. He is trying to imply that i "mis-used" the product when actually it was obviously faulty when I received it. As for contacting the seller for advice or help and asking for a returns label, I was just told to contact EBay, as he obviously has no customer service experience and couldn't be bothered, so let EBay deal with HIS problem. You say you offer a 30 day return service - you provide no returns service at all, which includes refusing to send the buyer a returns label for an obviously faulty item. This buyer did all they had to when they receive an item - they "tested it for 2 days" then it exploded in my mouth. This is not my problem, it is a faulty item, which you seem to refuse to understand. You say "Deductions may also be made for missing parts, damage, or prior use" I had to use the product to find out it was faulty. When returned back to you, it was as I received it, i.e. ALL the items that were in the box when I received it were returned to you. What you do with a faulty item when you get it returned is YOUR problem not mine. You do not know what you are talking about. Obviously EBay did, and gave me a FULL refund, not HALF a refund you offered. EBay refunded me the full amount as they know that everything I told them was true. As I have advised everyone else, I will certainly steer clear, that's for sure, as I order many things from EBAY and if something is not ok I contact the seller and they help me sort the problem, but not you. You refuse to discuss the problem with the buyer, you refuse to send a returns label and you are just totally uninterested. All you want is everyone's money, then you are happy but, when the person has a faulty item you do all you can to only refund half the amount. Well you picked on the wrong person this time.
