The portfolio service is terrible. The DNS srttings for my domain have not loaded for like an entire week. I need to access these settings, and now the projects for my domain are now put on hold because of this.

Does not let you input payment method when renewing a domain. Once you click on continue check out, it just says purchase completed and charge you on the old credit card on the profile.
