The worst customer experience I have ever had. I received a fine for being directed via the app to purchase a ticket for the wrong carpark, subsequently leading to a £170 fine, this is after attempting to appeal numerous times, even offering to pay for time used in their carpark. Side note don't bother ringing their phone lines as they wont pick up. All in all, terrible carpark, the company is threatening and unethical, you don't need to scroll far to see how badly this company conducts themselves.

Absolute despicable company. Entered car park for circa 10 minutes, didn't leave my vehicle as the venue I intended to visit was closed, despite social media/website advertising as open. 6 months later have now received a court summons due to unpaid fine.
Letters will be circulated to EVERY LCC Councillor and Kim Johnson MP and Joanne Anderson, Mayor of Liverpool to report this unethical business operating in our City. The reviews speak for themselves. There is no place for 'bully boy' tactics from a city centric carpark, particularly when the local authority/BID are trying to foster a thriving night-time and tourist economy. Unfortunately for Brewerygate, I will accept a CCJ for an unpaid parking fine but as a Councillor myself and activist, I will now be actively campaigning to have you removed from the Baltic area or your unethical, non transparent operational practices changed.

Absolute scum! I paid for my parking ticket and then got a fine even though I'd paid for 24 hours and only used the parking for 1.5 hours. Would advise no one to ever park here. There appeals page is a fake!

Terrible terrible company, irresponsive, and when they do it will be disrespectul response, very unhelpful. Tried to ask for help with the appeal numerous times as there were technical issues, no response, later- letter ftom solicitors. petty company

Vile company. I idiot on the other end of the email threatened to put the fine up if I didn't pay, despite me having a full email trail of me asking them for the details, after 3 days they said they had sent it though and I had to wait for another email which could be another 24 hours ??! This company is a scam and in my case the app took my payment successfully then when I looked at my phone an hour later the app said "error" and the location was gone. I sent them evidence that the app was at fault and then we left the car park but they denied the appeal. I'll be taking this further as there is more than enough evidence to prove what a scam company they are

Hello,
I have a business inside the Baltic market and regularly park in your car park.
I never have troubles. I recently visited in a rental car due to car troubles and payed for the allocated time, however, with it being a rental car and not familiar with the reg I accidentally typed in 17 instead of 71.
I received a penalty notice and appealed this to try and get some understanding on a genuine mistake (being a regular customer).
I have my receipt of recorded delivery and also proof of receipt your end. However I have had no correspondence and instead woke up to find a very unpleasant threatening letter.
I have tried to contact via email with all proof and also call to no avail as the contact number is a mobile number which is switched off.
I have tried to use the appeal link you have provided in some responses in upon typing in the correct details from the letter there is no results?
Could somebody please contact me or respond to emails as I shouldn’t be getting CCJ threats whilst under appeal.

When you pay for a car park cash you don’t remember to keep your receipt 2 weeks later.
Then you unexpectedly receive a fine saying you overstayed your ticket and then you have nothing to back this up and have to pay a scandalous fine.
Company is a shamble, they promise one thing and give another. They have only been in business for a year or so and have the worst reviews.
If you can avoid parking here then do so but if not keep proof of purchase as you are more than likely going to have to appeal this.

I received a PCN from 28th of January 2022 for 2 hour stay which is what I paid a ticket for I was within the time.
I have emailed numerous times tried the contact number had no response now received a letter saying I owe £160 ???
I found this website and would like someone to look into this please or please respond to my emails as I have had no response when I put my reg an pcn in the checker to appeal ... it says a ticket cannot be found
is can someone please help with this issue as I would not like court proceedings on my record PCN No: 14157
