I highly recommend that you do not spend your hard earned money with quality resource. Jim was assigned to my account and has delivered on zero of the promises that were made. They claimed to be able to better optimize my existing website. They were not able to do this and they decided to create a new website which took much longer to build than promised. I was hesitant to go this route but my concerns were quickly dismissed / not listened to. Once complete the domain name was not the agreed upon name (which was the only reason I agreed to building a new website) and I was never made aware of this until it went live. I spent over $2,000 with this company since October 2024 and have had absolutely zero leads come in through their “efforts” and the website they built was not what was promised. I am extremely disappointed with quality resource. They also make you sign a waiver saying they will not refund you before they do anything. I assume they have had many unsatisfied customers so that is why you are forced to sign the waiver. They promised to reach out on a monthly basis to go over their progress report and that only happened after the first month. After that I heard practically nothing and as I stated I received zero leads received from their services. Do not spend money with these scammers.
