I have followed all the trouble shooting guidelines and continue to get ph and ch error messages on the control panel. When I plug my old board in I do not get the error message. I replaced mine because the dispenser paddle broke. My control board was working fine. Please advise next steps.

Customer Service and the company as a whole, has been fantastic! The order numbers in reference are as follow, #5222802, #881553, #5227723, #5236459.
The original order was to replace my defective ice maker. Part arrived quickly, installed the part, ice machine still didn’t work. Contacted your service department, sent another ice maker, and still didn’t work. Now I have two new ice makers.
Finally figured out it wasn’t the ice maker, probably the water pump in the back of the refrigerator. Ordered a new water pump from your company. I also contacted your customer service to return at least one of the ice makers. Since it was my error, I will keep the first one I ordered as a back up.
Sent an email, someone was supposed to follow up in a few days with a return label or form. I haven’t received or heard any response. Every time I email, I get another order number that wants me to describe the issue.
Please let me know if I bought two ice makers for the price of one, or can I return the replacement ice maker since I didn’t need it due to my error?

Ordered the glass stove top cleaner. I am disappointed in the product. It’s not nearly as good as the one I had before. Why did you change it? It doesn’t clean very well at all.
