I recently had quite a deep bumper (scuff on my white VW Golf GTi, and after much research, I decided to give ChipsAway a try. I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the quality of the work was second to none.

The repair was carried out by Jo, and I have to say, as a dad to a STEM and car mad daughter, it was refreshing to see a female technician in what is such a male-dominated industry. Jo was not only professional but also highly skilled. She took the time to explain the process and made sure everything was perfect, which I really appreciated. A true role model.

The repair itself was flawless – you can’t even tell where the scuff was. The paintwork blends in seamlessly with the original finish, and the bumper looks brand new. The colour match on my white paint was spot-on, which I know can be tricky with lighter colours. The level of detail and care that went into the work was clear from the moment I saw the finished result.

What really stood out to me, aside from the quality, was the cost savings. The repair cost about 50% less than what I was quoted by a body shop, and I honestly couldn’t tell the difference in quality. It’s amazing to get such top-tier work for a fraction of the price. Also all carried out conveniently on my drive at home in under 3 hours!
