Booking an appointment through ChipsAway was very straightforward and hassle-free. My work was completed by Richard Cook and the results were far better than expected for the extent of the damage. They kept me in the loop throughout the repair, explained the process and the particular issues the damage was creating. By the end of the session the damage was fully covered and practically invisible and certainly workshop quality. I could not rate the service and Richard highly enough!

Instead of using larger companies I thought I would use a local business, however it is part of a franchise.
Communication about the repair was excellent and Quality of repair is very good, but I had to wait a couple of weeks to check my vehicle in. Repair was completed in time quoted. Just didn't give me a lot of time to collect my vehicle before they closed for the evening.
