Please if you have animals be careful. My Chihuahua was kicked in the face by one of their workers after stating he doesn't like dogs . Used foul language I had to ask him to leave my property when he left he slammed the door that hard my door handle fell off. Disgusting human

"Horrendous to deal with"
Horrendous to deal with. Had a new boiler and the house repiped. May as well have been done by children. The installation was really bad. Left us with exposed pipes not correctly fitted to the wall. Massive holes in the floor and walls in every room. They also didn't cap any pipes they cut and left.. Not one. Took for ever to respond to my complaints. After months the same goons turned up to fix what they left despite me saying explicitly i didn't want them back. Now we have half cut pipes sticking out of the floor and walls full of filler. Absolutely horrible and no care or professionalism about anything they did.

Professional service, subcontractors to 0800 Repair Ross McAllister Director/Heating engineer and his team of Zenergy Renewable Solutions who completed the boiler installation and renew radiators were excellent, friendly, professional, hard working and happy, all completed in one day. These contractors are an asset for 0800 repair to complete their contract to a high standard. Unfortunately no contact from 0800 repair or electrical engineer next day to complete the installation of the hybrid system. Telephoned 0800 repair for an update said they would put my query through to their support team. No follow up contact from support team. I have an incomplete job with no follow up date or time to complete, very disappointed from what was a good start, instillation should be smooth running with good communication to customer. This last stage has let them down.

"No response and pathetic service"
Had a boiler installed from the green scheme. The service contract was with 0800 and believe me such a useless company that they took over 8 weeks to sort a problem. Had a new issue of no water and waiting for over 3 days for a call back.
Please avoid this company as they are not into customer service. Those who have no issues you are lucky.
There is no one to raise it to manager and all they have to say is someone will call back.
I will be calling the Citizen advice shortly today

"very happy with my new boiler from 0800 Repair"
I Had free ish boiler installed through Edf Eco scheme , who then pass it to 0800 repair, i paid £360.00 towards the cost , from applying to Edf to boiler being fitted on fri 30th july it took 5 weeks so super quick, everyone was fantastic all the ladies in call centre where great and explained things clearly to me , and kept me informed , forgot names now but i had a chap come to do a survey , then i had another chap do a second survey couple weeks later , paid my £360.00 and booked in the boiler fit which was done by Brendan who was brilliant arrived at 8.30am and worked all day until 4.00pm he didnt stop until boiler was fitted , really good company everyone was helpfull and friendly v.happy thanks so much .

"Absolutely atrocious"
Absolutely atrocious - surveyor said new boiler would fit without alterations - ended up ripping the kitchen apart to get it in - wish we'd never bothered - nothing but hassle. Accepted it was their fault but wouldnt cover cost of having cupboard repaired.
A company best avoided.

"An absolute Superhero!"
After 3 cancelled Boiler Service Appointments by British Gas, the Boiler finally gave in and broke down. A new one was organised and fitted by Martin (Engineer) at 0800 Repair. He was friendly, professional and went the extra mile by making sure myself and my children had hot water and a warm home that same day. I cannot rate him highly enough. An absolute superhero!

"0800 Repair, not in my case!"
0800 Repair was tasked by my insurance company to fix my gas cooker, making 3 unsuccessful visits, with every appointment cancelled and rescheduled.
First visit (5639591): The cooker partially repaired, however the gas burner kept extinguishing.
Reporting this problem, I phoned all day, the calls were unanswered, as was the message left on their website. Eventually making contact was told to make a new claim with my insurance company.
Second visit (5781536): A different engineer made adjustments, advising that a new part was required if the problem persisted, which it did.
Third visit (6639168): A different engineer didn’t bring the required part (I explained ongoing problem beforehand), advising that it would be ordered and fitted.
From the time of booking this last visit to the next would have been well over 2-months, due to multiple cancelled and rescheduled appointments.
My insurance company, Domestic & General, were excellent when informed, replacing the appliance and cancelling the repair.
Days later I received a text from 0800 repair advising me that my booked appointment was again rescheduled.
0800 Repair customer service is the worst that I have experienced.

Have dealt with 0800 for years and always had a great service wither it be a gas boiler sevice or a full heating system installed always do a first class job.
