While the first call with Lois Sampson went well. She shared all the fees there are and ask me to send my credit ch3ck file to her. On second call Lois asked for two year P60 for just mortgage in principle, upon mentioning my concern that I wouldn't like to share it over the email, she already has enough information to provide mortgage in principle, so I rather visit your office to present p60. She mentioned their office is far and I can go to broker that isn't asking for p60 over the email. And ended the call. It was all smiles and immediately the voice tone changed. Shocked, but glad they showed who they are before I went too deep.
