"40th birthday Egypt Trip "

Having done 2 prior vacations w/ Luxe Tribes, I decided to use them to plan a private trip to Egypt for my 40th birthday. Just like the previous two trips, I was not disappointed. The hotels selected in Cairo and Sharm El Sheikh were perfect! We had transportation to and from the airports and during each activity. The coordination and scheduling was seamless and easy. The Luxe Tribe team was always accessible throughout the entire trip for anything we needed and consistently checked in to ensure things were going well. The service is 10/10. They do an awesome job curating an itinerary that meets your needs while often exceeding your expectations.

This is my second time booking a private, custom co-ed trip through Luxe Tribe. Our trip to Cartagena, Colombia was beyond amazing. Jessie was amazing with planning during the months leading to the trip. Astrid and her team (Emi, Eva, Carmen, Jon, Esten and more) were all so wonderful. The hospitality was more than we could have asked for. We had a packed 3 days and everything was seamless!!

"An amazing Dubai Experience with Luxe Tribes"

I recently took my first trip with Luxe Tribes - NYE in Dubai, and it was an absolutely amazing experience.

I had a wonderful trip coordinator, Nashka, that was Phenomenal from the very beginning making sure everything went smoothly from the day I signed up through the entire trip.

Our travel host Thai, was wonderful,
always ready to assist and made sure we all had a great time while in Dubai.

The itinerary was well-planned, covering a lot of the must-see attractions. We were given the VIP treatment during our New Years Celebration.

The 5-star hotel was beautiful.

I'm already planning my next trip with Luxe Tribes.

"This was our first trip abroad"

This was our first trip abroad, and what better way to kick off our international travel than with a special trip to Phuket, Thailand, to celebrate my daughter’s birthday! Traveling with my sister and daughter made it even more memorable, and Luxe Tribes & our host Bevan made every part of the journey seamless and extraordinary.

We decided to book this last-minute in October for a January 2025 trip, but Luxe Tribes was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. From initial inquiries to Zoom calls to discuss the itinerary, they answered all our questions and made us feel confident in our plans. Maria was our main contact and kept us updated on flight details, room assignments, and more. She introduced us to our amazing host, Bevan, who truly made this trip unforgettable.

When we arrived in Phuket, we were greeted by a Luxe Tribes team member holding a sign and escorted to our comfortable transportation. The ride was long but smooth, and we appreciated the attention to detail right from the start. We arrived a day before the festivities, which gave us time to settle in, and Maria ensured that we were well taken care of from the moment we landed.

The next day we met our host Bevan in person along with our travel group!!! Bevan went above and beyond to create lasting memories for us all. He arranged activities, dinners, and experiences that were truly top-tier!! Not just the food, but the atmosphere, the settings, and the company. Every meal felt special, and the people we met, especially the wonderful women traveling with us, made the trip even more meaningful.

Our hotel was stunning, perfectly located, and provided the perfect setting for this special celebration. Bevan made sure every aspect of our stay was comfortable and that we had the best possible experience. It was an adventure we will never forget, and Luxe Tribes has set the bar high for any future travels.

I had the pleasure of using Luxe travel for a group birthday celebration to Dubai. We had an awesome time. Loanna our travel agent/advisor was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with our large group.

All our group activities were very detailed and organized and executed as planned . Loanna was very communicative and easily accessible throughout our vacation. She was easily available to answer any questions.

Our drivers and tour guide Maricar was friendly and added such humor to our entertainment. Overall we had a great time. I am actually planning to use luxe travel for my family vacation in June. Thanks so much Loanna!!!

It’s incredibly convenient to arrive in another country and have your itinerary already planned, excursions booked, and every detail taken care of—saving the hassle of doing it yourself.

A special thank you to Gabriel for coordinating everything so perfectly, from our virtual video calls all the way from Brazil. I also want to express my gratitude to the driver and tour guides in Egypt, who went above and beyond to make me feel safe and welcome on my birthday trip. Their kindness truly made the experience unforgettable.

"Bali Experience "

I was fortunate to have my first transpacific flight and vacation to Bali using Luxe Tribes. Luxe Tribes curated, planned and executed this vacation perfectly, and exceeded my expectations.

During the first portion of the trip, the accommodations were at the Villa Samaddhi, in Ubud overlooking a rice field and had a breathtaking view of a volcano. At the second portion of the journey, Villa Tujublas in Seminyak was the next stop with a 2 floor villa and a wonderful pool.

Breakfast was made everyday, along with 2 dinners by the private chef and was absolutely delicious.

Surya was the tour guide and the driver for the entirety of the trip, starting with the pick up from the airport and drop off when it was time to depart. He was polite, courteous and was always prompt for pick ups to an excursion or activity. He was knowledgeable, and even helped with some unplanned ventures. Top notch! He’s a 10/10.

Thank you so much Priscilla of Luxe Tribes for making this an unbelievable journey. An escapade not soon forgotten.

Let me tell you !!!my experience with Luxe Tribe for my Bali birthday trip was amazing and worry free.My driver Surya was simply the best 5 star for you. He’s always on time and very patient . The villa Samaddhi in Ubud was excellent, waking up to the rice field, awesome view of volcano and so quiet and peaceful. Chef and everyone working great. Villa Tujublas in Seminyak was great too that’s the city life for all our party lovers. Priscilla and team thank you so much. This team is always reachable, you’re never alone. Luxe tribe I will be booking again for my next adventure. Oh I must add Bali is safe, friendly and warm place to visit, very humbling too.Thanks guys 🥰🥰🥰
