I have had 6 trips with luxe so far. Iceland, Colombia, Zanzibar, Peru, Ghana and Dubai. I love traveling with luxe. It’s so easy. I love to travel and have a hard time planning trips with my friends. With luxe, I pick which place and see the itinerary ahead of time. Some hosts ARE better than others but I have not had any bad experiences. Luxe is a good professional company that tries their hardest to accommodate everybody’s needs. Plus it black female owned, so it’s a great option if you want to travel with women of color. Highly recommend this company.

"My trip to Ghana for Afrochella/NYE was…"

My trip to Ghana for Afrochella/NYE was AMAZING! My fourth trip with Luxetribes & as usual they did not disappoint! I did not think they could top our Seychelles trip! The itinerary was a perfect blend of excursions/activities & rest! The whole team was very protective of our group. We always felt safe! Even though originally transportation was not included in the 2nd day of Afrochella, they still provided transport @ various times & made sure we had a designated booth to meet up & leave our purchases until we left the event. Everything was very organized. Our hotel was AWESOME! Everyday we saw famous actors, stars & musicians! They even upgraded our buses to a luxury coach for our 4 hour ride to Cape Coast! The most thoughtful & grateful thing on this trip was the meditation session on the beach after visiting Elmina Castle aka The Dungeons aka The Door of no return. It was exactly what was needed after that emotional tour. I absolutely love the customer service of Luxetribes! Looking forward to my next trip with Luxetribes in the near future!

"I have traveled with Luxe Tribes…"

I have traveled with Luxe Tribes formerly known as Chidi Ashley Travels twice.

My First time traveling with this group I went to Peru in October 2021. Our trip coordinator "Mama Paz" had great energy and ensured we got the most out of our trip. On this trip I conquered Rainbow Mountain- which is not for the faint of heart. Altitude Sickness is VERY REAL! You can drink all the tea available to you, bring an oxygen tank, take pills, but you never know how it will impact you. Although I made it to the top of the mountain, I got sick coming down. Despite that, I thoroughly enjoyed myself on this trip from visiting Machu Picchu, trying the cuisine, watching a cultural show, meeting llamas, ATV rides, going sand boarding in Huacachina, and toasting to the sunrise with a glass of champagne in the middle of a desert. I appreciate this trip the most because I walked away with four new sisters who are now my new traveling buddies and Friendsgiving family.

My second time traveling with the group was to Turkey in May 2022. Our trip coordinator was Armaan. I don't know how Armaan survived a trip filled with 15 ladies but he did! Armaan is detailed oriented, organized, and communicates with you every step of the way. Armaan is also an i-phone master photographer- he takes great videos and photos !

Turkey was filled with a lot of activities and little sleep because almost every excursion required you to wake up early. It was worth it though, because I would have been livid if I missed the Hot Air Balloon ride. IT WAS BREATHTAKING.

Our Bosphorous Tour which was a dinner cruise was beautiful.

Learning about how to make different textures of carpet and pottery was informative.

The food was AMAZNG! - We definitely ate goooddd.

For me, the trip was missing a cultural aspect so I went to the Hodjapasha to see the Dervish Experience which is quite moving to the soul. It's a very sacred dance- highly recommend it if you are into performing arts.

I got a tattoo while I was there- ink is great quality. The cost was reasonable as well.

I personally would not travel with a large group again- I do better with smaller groups.

Last but not least shoutout to our amazing photographer Yasir- he gets all the angles and videos- he makes you feel like you have been modeling for years.

"Everything I expected and more!"

I was supposed to go on this Egypt/UAE trip at the end of 2021 but I decided not to go because of COVID related travel restrictions. Luxe Tribes was very accommodating and allowed me to use my deposit for another vacation. I chose the same trip, just a year later, and I am so glad I did because this trip was everything I hoped it would be and more because of the fabulous ladies I had the pleasure of traveling with and the itinerary curated by Luxe Tribes.

I chose Luxe Tribes because I wanted to travel to Egypt/Dubai but I did not have anyone to travel with. Luxe Tribes boasts that they bring like minded professionals together and I found this to be very true. There was no drama with this group of women. Everyone was invested in having a good time and we looked out for one another. We intend to travel together again on another Luxe Tribes vacation.

Turkey was my first trip with Luxe Tribes and I was out done. From start to finish they were all 100% professional. Communication was on point, the tour guides were friendly and very helpful. As a solo traveler I felt 100% safe as transportation was provided the entire time. The hotel selection was excellent and I look forward to my next trip with Luxe!

Traveling with luxe tribe made this trip very meaningful, if you are a busy professional who didn’t want to work while on vacation. Luxe tribe planned every detail so that I can just show up and enjoy the vacation experience. Transportation, tours, hotel, meals, exclusive beach club access, security, tour guides, photo shoots, Club VIP NYE Dinner & party, and so much more made this New Year’s/ Birthday trip one for the lifetime. "Perfect 1st International Trip"

Luxe Tribes gave me the best experience of my life. For my first time traveling internationally, I went to Turkey with Luxe Tribes in August 2022. Everything was spectacular. Our host planned a pre-trip zoom meeting where we were able to meet him and others attending the trip virtually. Our host also provided us with tips for the trip during the pre-trip meeting. Once we arrived in Turkey, our host was there to meet us. During the trip, we had excellent transportation, a wonderful travel guide and photographer, and the experiences were unmatched. Our host also did everything in his power to make sure we were all on time. He made sure we had wake-up calls each day. Also, when someone of us became sick, our travel guide was able to translate for us to get medicine and our host checked on us to ensure we were alright.

I would have to say that Luxe Tribes was great and I cannot wait for my next adventure with them.

Me and my mom joined LuxeTribes for the Egypt and Jordan trip and it was amazing! I love that LuxeTribes, especially Armaan, made us feel comfortable and that they were really looking out for us! We received such beautiful gifts (the personalized tote bag, Arabic name necklace, and photo book) that will touch my heart forever! I also appreciate the level of cultural preparation that LuxeTribes provided. We were not just tourist but we were encouraged to really dive into the cultural norms (head coverings, no skin showing, etc). I can’t wait to travel with Luxe Tribes again!

"Safe and Reliable trip coordinations"

I've attended 3 trips with Luxe Tribes, 2 group and 1 private trip. They were all phenomenal! It was very coordinated and well planned out even before the trip actually began. I love the fact that I can just pack and go without the stress of planning the specifics.
My most recent trip was Dec 2022- a private trip to Iceland with my fiance. Each day was planned out and all we had to do was show up; it was wonderful. At the end of the trip we got caught in the crazy winter storm and was stranded 4 days past when we were supposed to leave (due to airlines and weather). But LuxeTribes host stayed in contact with us through it all until after we made it back home safely.
The itineraries that Luxe Tribes plans are focused and guaranteed to give you the ultimate experiences you wouldn't want to miss when traveling abroad. It's definitely a great way to travel solo and a ton of fun. I highly recommend.
