She explained about every brands and their usage and I finally choose Vsett8, it’s very comfortable and the suspensions are great. Were not in a position to supply requested jelly tire in a expected timeframe of repair due to compressor fault. Offered a alternative tube which is not a like for like repair stating a discount not required because of this.
Did not acknowledge either the inconvenience or expense incurred or offer a small discount as a token gesture.
