Great online support. Didn't have the time to test the product, but overall it seems very good quality. Lacking on a more detailed manual, the scooter is very sturdy and I would definitely recommend it. I have purchased the Loco Lite.

I'm responding to your last comment about my son that was in your shop today I did ring you to ask why he was getting charged for the part that has broken 3/ 4 times u told me that it was out of warranty the question I asked u is this normal to break so many times as he was told when buying this scooter that this would be the best safety part to have installed ya that part is true it's that safe his own finger won't start it ..you also lied about saying you were only going to charge for the part that's not what you said to me you told me chloe the so called manager gave him the wrong price and she was only charging him for the part you then told me he would be charged for part and labour so are u lying in ur reply ..you realy need to sort ur staff out how to treat and talk to ppl ..the price u gave me was over 200 and just to let you know my son googled it and fixed it himself in 5 mins so why couldn't a staff member do that in the shop for him that's ur job so it woul have took u less time to fix the scooter then it took u to write that post giving me a mouthful I don't no why u want more information as I made it quiet clear chloe lied to me telling me that there was no one I could speak to higher then her when I rang another shop I was told he was her managerc and he to lied to me and told me derek was told he would only have to pay for part but he told me part and labour I was a manager in a shop and the first thing I learned was customer is always rite and you don't lie to them plus u try resolve the problem but this manager is now trying to make things worse

Just had the worst experience in loco scooters to say they are a robbing shower is an understatement after being sold finger print scanner for my scooter and that I was told was the best thing ever I have had nothing but trouble it will not work has being replaced 3 times under warranty I went in today to tell them just to remove take it off my scooter I dont want it on there dont want it replaced and there trying to charge me 80 euro to remove this and refuse to tske it off wouldn't recommend anyone going near these shower of 1 and half week after purchasing my scooter I had to bring it back to be told I need need brakes which would also cost 150 euro 1 and a have weeks later disgraceful company
Edit in response to your reply you mean the 2 or 3 times I was back out there with use about my finger scanner not working haven't to replace it twice as it was not working it sold to me as an extra by telling me its the best thing ever there so reliable when clearly they are rubbish again more false lies as for a good will gesture 🤣 sorry your mixed up there once again a good will gesture is doing something for someome being helpful not doing something that your being paid to do selling them dirt products and trying to re charge 80 euro to remove this rubbisn thats 2 completely different things I had warranty on the new scooter and then I paid extra to you guys to cover extra warranty so where dose any good will gesture come into this charging 150 euro to replace brake pads on a scooter after 1 and a half weeks old telling me its big process when I went onto amazon purchased new brakes my self new bleed kit and done the job myself in less then 30 minutes first time might i add while watching a YouTube video and your telling me it will take your guys over a half a day to do this and there experienced 🤣 you must be joking robbing people blind telling them false stories will never shop there again

After about a week, my scooter broke. The fuse and battery was the issue, but I dont blame this company, kukirin probably made a faulty one and I was the unlucky one to buy it. But I have warranty so it's getting took care of. Its taking alot longer than they said, but whatever
