"Very happy with my new Loco scooter"

I'm super happy with my purchase of the Loco scooter with which I already made a good experience. Mostly, I use it to commute to my office. Especially, I would like to highlight Anna's exceptional customer service and support! She did a great job in the local Dublin store and helped me to find the right scooter that fits my purpose. Thanks a lot Anna!

I purchased the Kukirin G3 Pro from these guys Thursday, my own fault meant it was delivered Tuesday. So I gave it a quick test drive and then left it to charge, when the light eventually went green I gave it a test in gear 2 some in dual motor, and in single I went from full charge to ~55v after 8 miles. I did stop and switch it off a couple times in the 8 miles, this was with the electric brakes set to 3 and first charge. I had a minor issue however, LOCO solved this issue, and I can say the scooter is well worth the money. Although if you buy the G3 Pro like I did it's -50kg packed, your service may vary however my driver didn't really want to get it off himself. Dont blame him though anyway, I was already aware they weren't going to deliver to my door as it's in a flat block with no lift, so I had a friend to help me, just bare that in mind.

I bought a scooter from them a g2 master had a 1 day late delivery than the eatimate and on top of that my scooter is faulty.In what i mean faulty is the acceleration on mode 1 and 2 on a single motor is delayed horn is delayed light are delayed and acceleration on single motor is horrible the only good thing is that it has no problem driving on mode 3 with both motors but it consumes so much power. Not happy with my purchase.

From the moment I entered the Loco scooter store in Portobello to enquire about a scooter, I found Anna the shop assistant very warm and welcoming with a beautiful infectious smile.

Anna gave me plenty of information on the few scooters that I had in mind. She was very informative on each scooter and seemed extremely knowledgeable on the pros and cons for each scooter and which one would suit my needs most.

I found Anna very polite and definitely helped me make up my mind on which scooter to pick due to her honest knowledge of each scooter.

I would highly recommend to anyone interested in buying a scooter that they call into Loco Scooters in Portobello and ask for Anna and she will definitely put you at ease and give you all the knowledge and information you may need to know about purchasing a scooter.
