"I have purchased the 75Nm High Torque…"

I have purchased the 75Nm High Torque Outdoor Adventure Folding E-bike shipped very quickly; however, it arrived with a fully scratched display and some scratch marks on the fins. Initially, it wasn't a major concern, but the battery only lasted 33 minutes. I traveled 4km from my home to the city center on full throttle, and the battery was depleted. I owned the earlier version of the engine pro and initially charged it every 3 days, then daily as time went on. The Engine Pro is a high-performance mountain bike that can provide you with up to 5 hours on pedal assistance, has greats breaks and suspension system however the battery was not delivering the performance. I contacted customer support and was informed that full throttle mode significantly reduces battery life. I know that I selected this bike due to its performance record and battery longevity. In my opinion, if you truly understand your product and what it does, you would be curious about its behavior. I wasn't provided with a form by Loco to check the battery or investigate if was other issue. Additionally, I was informed that since it was a custom order and had been used for two days, returning it was not permitted. I was kindly asked to simply charge the bike and take a photo of it. The bicycle is posted on the website for 1749 in addition i have spent over 400 euros for a extra battery directly with enguie and if you decide to purchase it, keep in mind that there are no returns or substantial support, but it will be a quick delivery.
