I canceled my contract in 2020.
Mcfit did not acknowledge my canceled contract.
Fortunately I had saved all documents.
Mcfit did not recognize any of them, although they were their documents.
They gave my case to their bill collectors!
They too did not recognize my paperwork which I have been collecting since 2020.
I mailed all documents to the Staatsanwaltschaft.
Today 2024 I finally received a letter from Mcfit's bill collectors that my case is closed.
Since 2020 Mcfit continually harassed me by saying they will ruin my credit.
Only until the Staatsanwaltschaft became involved did they back off.
This company McFit are scamming members, that cancel their memberships.
Beware and save all documents from McFit if you join.

"Quantitet statt Qualität enn man nicht mainstream ist"

Wenn man nicht mainstream ist, sollte man dort nicht trainieren oder man tut wenigstens so. Zu dem wird an der Ausstattung gespart. Reparaturen dauern ewig und drei Tage. Und naja das was da an Personal unterwegs ist kann man als Aufsicht bezeichnen aber selbst das ist übertrieben. Trainer gibt es da nicht. Also überlegt es euch gut wenn ihr dort Mitglied werden wollt. Ich habe da 36 Jahre Erfahrung. Hab da viele Studios kennengelernt und alles was ketten sind, wie mcfit ist wie McDonald's.

"Fraudsters"

This fraudulent corporation employs scam tactics sadly used by many German organizations. This applies to their gyms located in Germany, but also in their gyms abroad, the scam is the same.

I went to their gym first time, and signed up for 1 month membership.
They secretly subscribed me for life.
After 1 month, as I supposed my membership expired, I never entered the gym again.

After some months, I receive an email stating that I owe them 6 months of advance payment (??)

After contacting support, their reply was: "the contract is automatically and silently renewed for 6 months every 6 months" and I have to pay the entire amount despite never having requested a renewal of the subscription. All I did was going to the gym and asking for a 1 month subscription. I never expressed any intention to sign up longer subscriptions and the staff is well trained to make the customer sign fraudulent contracts without advising them of the fine print, of the hidden conditions and charges.
The gym staff is there only to sell you contracts. If you need assistance of any kind, they redirect for any problem to telephone customer support which only operates until 13:00 and often after long waits.
So basically you are at the gym, but the staff there cannot solve any problem. You have to call and wait, the staff is useless, they are there only to lure you into a fraudulent subscription.

I refused to pay and periodically they started sending, from a collection agency, threatening emails and letters at home requesting for payment.
Obviously, I just used these letters as free toilet paper.
Eventually they gave up.

I strongly invite every victim of this organization NOT to pay them anything, so as not to encourage their ransom scheme, on the contrary hoping to bring them bankrupt as soon as possible.

Better to pay a local business gym, doing local economy some good, rather then splurging your finances to a corrupt, faceless, greedy big corporation, who uniquely cares about profit, shamelessly trying to milk customers with immoral practices, while also cutting cost on gym staff and facilities.
Their gyms are also often overcrowded as their main concern is luring in as most people as possible into their fraudulent subscriptions.

"Studios im Ausland nicht zugänglich mit deutscher Mitgliedschaft"

Die Studios sind ganz anständig sowie die Teams. Leider hat das Unternehmen die Mitgliedchaftsbestimmungen geändert, ohne die Mitglieder zu informieren. Ich habe mich von einigen Jahren für McFit entschieden, weil man angeblich in allen MCFit- Studios in ganz Europa tranieren darf. Stimmt aber nicht!!! In Polen datf ich gar nicht mehr die Studios besuchen; ohne Grund oder Erklärung. Einfach sind nicht mehr zugänglich, obwohl ich eine unveränderte Monatsrate zahlen muss....

"Kündigungsfrist trotz neuer…"

Kündigungsfrist trotz neuer Gesetzlicher Regelung für Altkunden angeblich 6 Monate. Laut Gesetzgeber max. 3 Monate zulässig. Nach 10 Jahren Mitgliedschaft eine bittere Erfahrung.

"Peor gimnasio de Palma De Mallorca"

Peor gimnasio de Palma De Mallorca. Un lugar extremadamente claustrofobico, sucio y hace un calor del infierno dentro. En el verano el aire nunca está bien ajustado y llego a pasar muy mal. Todo está muy mal cuidado y roto. Cuando termine mi contrato me voy de este lugar.

"Betrug - netter Versuch, aber nutzlos"

Ich wurde Anfang März 2020 Mitglied und habe dann aus berechtigem Grund fristlos gekündigt, was analog der aktuellen Rechtssprechung auch zulässig war. Überdies hat sich das Unternehmen auch rechtswidrig verhalten und gegebenenfalls sogar strafbar gemacht, indem es den Widerruf meiner Einzugsermächtigung mehrmals völlig ignoriert hat (ich mußte sogar eine Lastschriftsperre erwirken!).
Nun, >4 Jahre später kommen sie via einer obskuren Inkassobude namens Debin um die Ecke und wollen Geld haben. Mit dem Hinweis, daß pandemiebedingte Schließungen bereits berücksichtigt seien, will man Seriösität vermitteln - klappt aber nicht.
Vorsichtig wie ich bin, habe ich sämtliche Kommunikation von damals archiviert bzw. dokumentiert - was nicht jeder tut und damit rechnen die.
Sollte ich noch ein Schreiben von dieser Inkassobude erhalten, gibts eine Anzeige wegen Beihilfe zum gewerbsmäßigen Betrug. Bei der angenommenen Vielzahl der Fälle dürfte neben einer Hausdurchsuchung auf der Geschäftsführer in U-Haft wandern - wegen Wiederholungs-, Flucht- oder Verdunkelungsgefahr.

Hola a todos y todas; mi nombre es Lorena Delgado y con toda mi humildad me gustaría poder expresaros lo triste que me hace sentir todos estos comentarios negativos en relacion al McFit,llevo cadi un año en el Gym y os puedo asegurar que no estafan a nadie que todas y cada una de las personas que alli trabajan son enormes profesionales con un alma y corazon igual de enormes. Creo que algunas veces criticamos de mas sin darnos cuenta que todos somos humanos y que como humanos los errores van con nosotros de la mano. Lo que intento decir es que si apartamos esa parte nuestra humana solo queda la empatia y el amor que es precisamente lo que este maravilloso equipo que forma el McFit tienen. Os aseguro que si empezamos a ver menos con los ojos y mas con el corazon todo se hace mas sencillo. Y termino enviando toda mi gratitud y amor a estos maravillosos monitores y entrenadores que desde el inicio hasta hoy me han apoyado y guiado ,no solo a mi a todos y cada uno de sus clientes ,pues no somos numeros ,somos seres a los que por encima de todo desean ayudar, eso no tiene precio,lo verdaderamente valioso en la vida es lo que no se puede comprar. Si deseas aplicar un habito saludable en un hermoso ambiente familiar,te aseguro ....este es tu lugar.😇🥰❤️💜🙏✨⭐
