After suffering for too long with a stiff neck from sitting for hours at the dining room table working on my laptop, I decided to invest in a sit/stand desk and an ergonomic chair. Emotion Office were recommended to me by my physio and they delivered an excellent, personalised service. I was able to take a saddle chair home for a few days to see if it worked for me, as well as colour samples so I could choose the best desktop and chair colour for my house. There were a few issues with delivery (my chair arrived damaged) but this had nothing to do with Emotion Office. It was a courier problem but Kath still helped me to get it sorted. A new chair was sent out within a couple of days. The desk is perfect and I'm chuffed to bits with it. However, I made a wrong decision by ordering a cable port at the back, which is exactly where my laptop should sit and meant there was a bump in an awkward place. In hindsight, I don't think you need a cable port on the mini-desks - there isn't really enough room. Again, it wasn't Emotion Office's problem - I'd requested a cable port - but they could tell I was disappointed and helped me buy a replacement desktop and even came round to my house to fit it free of charge! I can't recommend Kath and Tim enough. As for my stiff neck and shoulders, they feel so much better. I highly recommend investing in a proper workstation if, like me, you work from home and spend hours at a desk. Thank you Emotion Office!

"I was in need of a headrest for a chair…"
I was in need of a headrest for a chair which had been ordered sometime ago from a company in Europe when I was an expat. To my knowledge this company are one of the only ones in the UK that work directly with HAG the Scandinavian company for the chair. You don't need to order a whole new chair like many retailers, they let you order the parts you need. Furthermore they worked with my employer who were funding it, to sort out payment directly. It was even colour matched with due diligence taken to make sure it was the right one. All I had to wait for was delivery, which was all organised by Emotion Office, even down to the time and day.
