Ordered Sunday and had a call same day to say a slight delay on the item I ordered but was offered a (higher spec) replacement instead at same price. Good customer service! Very pleased with the adjustable desk - it's a solid piece of kit and already I can tell the benefits of being able to work in different positions. Only minor issue is I didn't find the instructions all that clear. I got there in the end - there's only so many ways a desk can fit together.
