"Bad Ink Cartridge"
I had a bad ink cartridge. Brand new out of the box which printed stripes on my printed page. I had another ink cartridge and replaced the ink cartridge. The next ink cartridge worked fine. I called to get a replacement but since the new ink cartridge out of the box was a defective ink cartridge was a year old clickinks.com would not replace the defective ink cartridge. I will not be buying anymore from clickink.com. I recommend no one does.

"Wonderful Customer Service"
I ordered a drum for my Brother printer. When I received it, it did not work on my printer although the product description says it is compatible. I called the Customer Service line. Moe helped me and had the full price refunded to me. I will continue to use Clickinks services because they have wonderful customer services.

"Terrible customer support"
I ordered remanufactured cartridges. My printer could not recognize the cartridges. I tried calling for help and all I got was extremely anxious because their online system reminded me every 5 seconds about how important I am and how someone will get to me as soon as possible. One time I was on hold for over 8 minutes. Another time I was on hold for over 10 minutes. I emailed and got a request to send pictures of the cartridges and the error message as if I am too STUPID to know what the error message actually said or what cartridge I actually needed. The Chat option didn't work. I've been at this all day with NO RESOLUTION! I asked to return the cartriges. If I have to have a Return Authorization. EVEN IF I DO GET TO RETURN THE ITEMS I MIGHT NOT GET A REFUND (ALMOST $100) FOR A MONTH! You better believe I won't order from Click Ink again.

I want you to know that the ink cartridges that were mailed out to me are not compatible with my computer. I would like to return them but am not sure which address to use to do so. Please tell me where I can return them for a refund on the order.

"TOO LONG WAIT FOR DELIVERY "
I ordered ink cartridges on 7 February. The cartridges finally arrived on March 4 by which time I had found, purchased, and received from another source the needed cartridges. I immediately, on 4 March, requested return instructions since the cartridges were no longer needed. As requested on 7 March, that same day I provided the requested picture of the unopened delivery. I was notified on 8 March by my CLICKINKS contact that he had passed on to the supplier the picture they requested.. I again contacted the CLICKINKS contact on 14 March that I have not received return instructions or any other contact from CLICKINKS. As of today, 19 March, I am still awaiting package return instructions for a full refund and will again send the CLICKINKS contact a request for return instructions.
