Dra. Meera is very patient explaining everything the customer needs and doing the treatment she's 100% always saying for the patient to relax and make us relax and be confident on our treatment. I did implantes and I didn't have any pain, I'm very nervous on dentists but with Dr Meera was easy and I recommend to everyone and my children go there if needed. They are exceptional doing there jobs. Not to forget Alex that is very special person always worried with the patient even after open hours he's there for the patient. Very special place.

After my family dentist retired I spent years bouncing from dentist to dentist. In the end I avoided going unless it was an emergency. I lost a front crown & visited London City Smiles (they had good reviews). My dentist was Mohini. She was so kind & supportive (even though inwardly she was probably despairing of my smoking & neglect of my teeth!) She discussed my options honestly & we reached a decision to redo the crown. I thought I'd have to spend a couple of weeks with a gap BUT she made me a temporary tooth! It looks so real, amazing really. The dental nurse was lovely to, mopping me up from the drill. No-one likes the dentist but this visit was made as easy as possible.

"Complete incompetence"

Complete incompetence from the head practitioner of the hackney smile dentists.

Went in for a simple veneer to be stuck back in.

Then had to go back for the verneer next to the original one that feel out had now cracked a week later - both costing £60 each - of course not told the price upfront.

Two weeks later both had feel out again and the first one that was put back in had now broken due to it falling out when eating.

Had to wait 2 month to see the dentist again.

Was told it was nothing to do with him as he did not do them in the first place - something he didn't mention when he was putting them back in and taking my £120 in total.

After saying I felt it was down to him for the first one that broke due to it falling out when eating and not being stuck back in properly, he just said they have good adhesive and it was down to my verneer.

He then tried to charge me £1500 for two new veneers and when I said I was not happy with the price as I had already come in for a simple £60 procedure and had paid £120 in total for both veneers that had feel out again and now it was going to cost me £1500, he simply said he was not going to do anymore work as we disagree - this was after I said that I would have it done at the price he had quoted as I had no choice, but he still refused to do the works.

So now I have to find a new dentist to sort out my veneers after waiting two months to see the dentist that did the original work at this practice and my teeth still look terrible due to the work not being done.

So if you want to go here and have no guarantee and pay for work that doesn't work and refuse to help you just cos you disagree then this is the place - I wish you good luck as you will all need it.
