"Make millions from awful service and…"

Make millions from awful service and charity money such as PDSA, NSPCC is funding them rather than the charities intended - that’s why I gave up donating. This week they have been posting 2 bags to halve the amount of work they have to do on my street. Emailed CEO of PDSA and fundraising regulator. Interestingly clothes aid (accounts publicly accessible) have been in trouble with fundraising regulator before for issues relating to posting unwanted bags if you look at their website.

Idiot put collection bag through the door at 5.15 this morning. Woke up my daughter. Then proceeded with the whole road, some of whom have dogs. So they were woken as well

Drivers are pathetic why waste people's time filling bags & leaving outside on stated days if drivers cant be bothered to look, stop & pick up.?? I'll just take to charity shop or give away or simply bin now ir wait for a more reputable charity company that does what it should. Really disgusted.

Clothes bag out before 7am - half an hour ago.
Driver (in van labelled Cancer Care) drove down the road and back again, right past the bag. Someone is paying for his time and petrol. Immediately phoned the number on the bag - line is dead.

You need to get drives check as one of your van drivers all most took me of my motor bike going down the A453 and tale gating me for more then 10 minutes going 50mph behind me in a 40 this was at 7 50

As usual this company does not collect as they state , i feel sorry for the charities who don't recieve the donation's this time it's the NSPCC.Contacted the helpline to be told they don't collect from cul de sac's .

I should have looked on here before using these bags! My bags also left outside and never collected. What a waste. Another company could have benefited from it instead. Now it is all wet!

Will never use them again and will also advise charities connected to them. This is just a disgrace!

As said by numerous reviewers, bag left out on day stated (Tuesday) for collection, still there on Thursday.
Absolutely terrible organisation, couldn't arrange a pis up at a brewery.

Very happy, all worked smoothly and they came on the day my bag stated. Had a good clear out and by luck I saw the driver who even helped me bring out extra bags from the house. Pleased to have it all collected from home and help a charity.
