"Not collected yet again!"

Once again today a bag was not collected which was left on the doorstep within full view of the road. This time the contents were to aid NSPCC, but this is the third time a bag for charity has not been collected and previous attempts to arrange another collection date have failed so I won't even attempt it this time. As I said in a previous review this company do a grave disservice to the charities they purport to help. I will never use their so-called collection service in future.

Like many of the other reviews I too had experienced a no collection on the due day and after emailing was promised it ' will be collected in 48 hours'.
Still on my door step 17 days later.
Will not bother in the future but take to a local charity shop.

"Appalling - Don't Use"

Appalling. Don't ever use Clothes Aid.
They never collected the bag of clothes by agreed date. I called Clothes Aid on the same day and they confirmed that a collection would be made in 48 hours. Again I left the bag of clothes out and again it wasn't collected by the time I got in from work. I called again the following morning and another collection was arranged for 48 hours; As I was concerned that I was going away for couple of days and didn't want the clothes to be left out, the person I spoke to actually rang the collection team for my area to confirm categorically it would be collected. Needless to say it wasn't. Completely unreliable and badly organised company

"Do not bother! Your bag wont get collected"

I can see why they only get 1.3 on google reviews! I too will add a review to warn people not to bother getting their unwanted clothes together as the bag won't get collected! I feel sorry for the charities that are losing out on good quality clothes due to these clowns! It seems they just don't bother to collect the bags. Even after i contacted them and was told it would be collected on Saturday they still didn't turn up!
