We had a serious issue with another freight company. They agreed, driver refused for no reason and then tried to double charge us. Our seller recommended TQL, they contacted us and set on an agreed amount right away. Our product arrived on time with the best service. All around couldn't be pleased with their service and price. Thanks so much for all of your help!

I worked with this TQL as#holes🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻 for 4 years with no issues or anything and now they just permanently add me to no load list without any explanation and won’t even bother to do something about it

tql I made them 7 loads, all of them arrived on time, no problems, when I called them for another load they told me that they will not give me more load and it is a permanent decision, no explanation of why the decision was made.

Honestly i will give them 3 star being a dispatcher there two things which they need to have improve one thing they always use to put a fall out on the cancelation of load they have to remove it and second they need to have improve their rate they are very cheap in rates mostly carriers work with them until they are not getting loads from other brokers

just bring this company down , if we cancel a load we go to fall out . if they cancel a load they go to nowhere list , worsts rates , they don't release the payments , if you go and complain they keep transfereing you and at the end says we've submitted your complains and we'll review it internally ( which means nth )

"Harassment (wont stop calling)"
My current employer used TQL for a few shipments and received poor quality drivers and communication from the dispatch team. The sales team decided to switch carriers and immediately noticed a much better performance in drivers and willingness to rectify issues on the logistics side. For months on end, we've been getting calls from TQL after switching and repeatedly told them we are happy with our current logistics service and dont want to use them. They continue to call despite being blatantly clear that we're not going to use their service. They just called me again at 6:30 am when i'm sleeping and have a 9 month old baby. This is to the point of harassment which has prompted me to leave this review. Badgering past customers who are not satisfied with your product is not a good sales tactic. Especially when not doing the research of the time zone you're calling. What office is open to take calls at 6:30 in the morning? Next call i will answer and i wont be nice.

A good thing and a bad thing.
Bad thing: Being a dispatcher, it's not good for box truck loads, worst rates in the market, just good for their own.
Good thing: They give loads to new MCs most of the time, which other brokerage companies don't.

"TQL NEEDS TO DO BETTER SERVICE"
We booked an oversize load with TQL, which we were told that we needed permits, tools, etc... in order to take the load. They advised us to go ahead and get what was needed and that they will wait because they couldn't get anyone else to take the load. We did everything that they said was needed for the load. My factoring company advanced me the money for everything. I called them back to complete the load and then she tells me that they have cancelled me on the load. They did not call me nor emailed me in advance to let me know that they took me off the load. So, I have paid for parts, permits, gas and have already drove up once to pick up the load. They have poor communication skills; they give you the run around when you keep calling them and keep ignoring me and my team to straighten all this out. So, now I'm left with a $5,000 bill because they cancelled me off a load that they didn't have the common sense to call me in advance before I put so much money in that I have lost. And they are not trying to pay anything for my troubles, my time nor my money i put into all of this.
Milton Tucker is the main person that we talked too about this load. But he ignored our calls as well.

"Don't trust TQL brokers"
Booked the load with TQL.(Keep the broker name for myself this time)I have sign rate confirmation. Send the truck close to shipper, ask for driver direction. Then after almost 40 minutes of waiting before actually somebody pick up the phone,, I was put on hold, then transfer, then hold.....etc. Finely after almost half and hour waiting someone told me you don't have a load. I ask why? They told me we don't have any notification, why broker take you off the load. We will send you email, soon when broker notify us why. REALLY!!!??
TQL do whatever they want. They don't follow any rules. TQL'S loads very cheap anyway but still looking to sell to somebody who give them cheapest offer, even if they have to cancel with other carriers. BE CAREFUL booked with them.

They have loads. Don't pay right money and will not care about what carriers go through. They make more money than carriers that does all the work.
