"Football trip to Liverpool"

We received good information from GO Sport Travel about the trip already at the time of purchase and help in choosing a suitable hotel.
All documents such as flight tickets, match tickets, hotel vouchers arrived well in advance of the trip.
We also received a personal phone call before the trip to make sure everything was in order and that we had obtained an Eta visa for the UK.
Everything worked well on site in Liverpool and we had a really good weekend of football.

"fullpacket trip to San Siro/Milan"

I had a full packet trip to a Milan-game with hotel, flights from Denmark and tickets to match. Everything like clockwork. They get the tickets quite close to the match-date, which means that you get your traveldocuments and matchtickets quite late before your journey. That can make you nervous, when you use them for the first time. But they answer questions very quickly and leave you safe and without worries. A very good experience.

"Liverpool FC match - experience of a lifetime"

GO Sport Travel Liverpool match package (game ticket + 2 nights hotel) for the game we wanted to see - Liverpool Vs Everton on April 2 - included everything as promised and was a great experience. This was our first time with GO Sport Travel, so we were nervous. However we did receive all the information we needed to select the hotel (Adelphi Brittania) and the optional upgrade. We purchased the upgrade, to Anfield Stand seats & hospitality suite access and it was the BEST decision: excellent seats (row 37 on the 18-yard line next to the very lively Kop end stands) and the suite had good food, a free beverage and Steve McManahan as a guest speaker. The game and the fan experience was fantastic. We had a great time.
Tommy provided the information we needed, and was available to answer my questions on a phone call.
We were apprehensive, however, since the hotel vouchers only came one week before our booking date. Similarly, the LFC ticket vouchers only arrived one day before we left USA to travel to England - 5 days before the game. I know we were told they would only arrive a few days in advance be we were nervous, nonetheless, to know if they would come at all. It is a good thing they came before we left home because we DID NOT KNOW that the tickets REQUIRED us to have GOOGLE WALLET or APPLE PAY set up on our cell phones - the only way to access tickets at the stadium!! It took me a while to get this set up on my phone. Please make sure travelers understand the stadium's ticket requirements, in advance!
We received an Uber voucher for travel to the stadium for the game - this was not expected. When I called to ask about transport I was told to use local bus. By the way, the 5 pound voucher covered less than half the cost of an Uber one way to the game.
We had an issue with the hotel. The room was clean and the hotel location was perfect, however we could NOT access WIFI from our room. I talked several times to the hotel staff and there was no solution other than eventually he loaded the staff wifi onto my devices, but my traveling partner did not have this.
Overall our experience was very positive and I would recommend and use GoSportTravel again.

En otroligt bra resebyrå! ALLT på hela resan var perfekt ordnat. Suveräna platser på fotbollsmatchen, bra kringarrangemang. Personalen på byrån är hjälpsam vid kontakt. Vi är mycket nöjda med resan!!
