Wow, vilken galen match! Tottenham - Liverpool 3-6 en riktig målfest, med otrolig underhållning för oss. När två toppklubbar som dessa möts brukar det bli intensiva matcher, men ett sådant målkalas sticker verkligen ut.

EDIT: In response to Go Sport Travel’s reply- I was never offered that service. I was emailing and in contact with one of your sales employees, Robert Edbom and I booked directly with him, not via the website. I just submitted a booking request on the website. This was never a service that he advised me of or said I could purchase. I still have all communications from the sale process that I can forward to you as evidence of this.

I purchased 3 hospitality tickets for myself, my father and my elderly grandad as a Christmas present. My grandad is really quite unwell and this is essentially a once in a lifetime experience for him to be able to attend a game.

Unfortunately, the game I had purchased tickets for changed from a Saturday 3pm kick off to a Monday 8pm kick off which my grandad would be physically unable to attend as it is too late.

The date changed only a few days after my purchase so I had purchased tickets from Go Sport Travel only 4 calendar days prior to enquiring with them about the change in game and asking if we could swap the tickets to a Saturday game, at the exact same standard of ticket, taking place a few weeks later and also purchase an additional ticket as with the new date, my partner could also attend- more money for them overall.

Go Sport Travel has been entirely unwilling to cooperate with me on this. Their terms go against both Chelsea FC and the FA's ticketing standards and policies and I would seriously avoid this vendor when purchasing tickets for a game- there are many other vendors out there with T&C's that are far more accommodating should games change dates or times.
